LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball professional who is a player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is known as King James he is widely thought to be one of the best players of all time and is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the greatest basketball player in history. James won two Olympic golds and four NBA championships. James is second in most career goals and seventh in assists. James has been chosen as an NBA All Star 18 times. James has been named as an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times, and was named on his place on the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. The third-highest amount in NBA Finals ever was ten which included eight consecutive games between 2011 and 2018. In 2021 James was selected to make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete in NBA history to score 10,000 or more career points rebounds and assists. James played basketball with St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his hometown from Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media for his potential as an NBA superstar. To prepare for the pro game his dream, it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the first pick overall in the NBA draft in 2003. Following his selection as 2004's NBA Rookie Of The Year, he soon became a top player within the NBA winning the NBA's MVP award both in 2009 and 2010 James failed to win the award with Cleveland, and departed the city with the status of a "free agent" in 2010. The move was revealed by the television show The Decision.
